All services are subject to inspection, site conditions, and a written service agreement.
4. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on visible and accessible damage at the time of inspection.
Hidden or additional damage discovered during restoration may result in adjusted pricing.
Final pricing will be provided in a written agreement before work proceeds when possible.
Emergency mitigation may begin immediately to prevent further property damage.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.
Clients are responsible for full payment of services rendered.
If insurance is involved, the property owner remains responsible for any unpaid balance.
Late payments may incur additional fees where permitted by law.
6. Insurance Claims Assistance
Water Restore Plus may assist with documentation for insurance claims; however:
We do not guarantee insurance approval or coverage.
Insurance decisions are made solely by the insurance provider.
Any portion not covered by insurance remains the client’s responsibility.
7. Emergency Services Authorization
By requesting emergency services, you authorize Water Restore Plus to begin mitigation work immediately to reduce further damage. This may include water extraction, removal of damaged materials, and drying procedures.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property
Remove or secure valuable personal belongings
Inform us of any known hazards (electrical, structural, asbestos, etc.)
Ensure utilities are operational when necessary for service
Failure to disclose hazards may limit our liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Water Restore Plus is not liable for pre-existing structural or environmental issues.
We are not responsible for damages caused by undisclosed conditions.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any workmanship warranty will be stated in the service agreement.
